I got the raspberry chia smash and love it! I have been making chia pudding for years because of the tremendous benefits of chia seeds so I was so excited to see this chia jam.

I started really looking at ingredients in the past few years and it’s so hard to find products without added junk, including sugar. Most conventional jams have sugar as the number 1 ingredient, so really you’re eating sugar with some berries, not vice versa. I’m pleased that this product uses a natural replacement, has ingredients that are easy to pronounce and understand their purpose aka no gums. The taste is also flavorful! As for the chia seeds, I’ve heard they may not be as great for you as we’re lead to believe, but I’ll still take them over other nonsense in my food.
