Berry-Apple Overnight Oats
Perfect for mornings when you're in a pinch, or really any morning if you ask us. Make it the night before and wake up to a nutritious, delicious and filling brekkie, what more could you want!
Gluten free, dairy free, plant based
SERVES: 1
Ingredients
- 3/4 c of nut milk
- 1/4 c rolled oats
- 1 tbsp of ground flax
- 1/2 grated apple
- 2 tbsp of Strawberry Chia Smash
Toppings (optional)
- Strawberry Chia Smash
- Nut butter
- Chopped nuts, seeds & fruit
- Honey
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except for toppings into a sealable jar and mix or shake well
- Place in the fridge overnight
- In the morning, add your favorite toppings
