Berry-Apple Overnight Oats

Perfect for mornings when you're in a pinch, or really any morning if you ask us. Make it the night before and wake up to a nutritious, delicious and filling brekkie, what more could you want!

Gluten free, dairy free, plant based

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c of nut milk 
  • 1/4 c rolled oats 
  • 1 tbsp of ground flax 
  • 1/2 grated apple 
  • 2 tbsp of Strawberry Chia Smash 

Toppings (optional) 

  • Strawberry Chia Smash 
  • Nut butter
  • Chopped nuts, seeds & fruit 
  • Honey 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for toppings into a sealable jar and mix or shake well 
  2. Place in the fridge overnight 
  3. In the morning, add your favorite toppings
