Raspberry Pistachio Yogurt Bark

Cool, creamy and delicious, this raspberry pistachio yogurt bark makes the perfect snack. You can use whatever yogurt you like, we recommend plain greek yogurt or a dairy free coconut yogurt for a perfect pairing with the raspberry and pistachio. 

Gluten free, keto, paleo, refined sugar free

Ingredients

  • Yogurt of choice 
  • Crushed pistachios 
  • Raspberry Chia Smash 
  • Bee pollen (optional) 
  • Honey (optional) 

Directions

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread a layer of yogurt over the surface
  2. Add a small spoons of Chia Smash across the yogurt and gently swirl through using a tooth pick 
  3. Sprinkle pistachios and bee pollen over the yogurt 
  4. Drizzle with honey (optional) 
  5. Place in the freezer to set for at least 2 hours 
  6. Break apart when ready to eat. Keep stored in the freezer
