Blueberry 'Milkshake'

Thick, creamy and deceivingly decadent! The frozen banana is key here to get the deliciously creamy texture. This also works excellent with Strawberry Chia Smash if a Strawberry Milkshake is more your thing. 

SERVES: 


Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 tbsp Blueberry Chia Smash
  • 1/4 c coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3/4 - 1 c nut milk (depending how thick you'd like it to be) 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add some extra Blueberry Chia Smash to your jar (optional) 
  3. Pour and enjoy
