Blueberry 'Milkshake'
Thick, creamy and deceivingly decadent! The frozen banana is key here to get the deliciously creamy texture. This also works excellent with Strawberry Chia Smash if a Strawberry Milkshake is more your thing.
SERVES: 1
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 4 tbsp Blueberry Chia Smash
- 1/4 c coconut yogurt
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 3/4 - 1 c nut milk (depending how thick you'd like it to be)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Add some extra Blueberry Chia Smash to your jar (optional)
- Pour and enjoy
