Blueberry Baked Oats

The latest food trend we joined, and don't regret it. It almost feels like you're eating a warm blueberry cake, but one that's nutrition-packed and going to fuel your day.

Gluten free, plant based, refined sugar free

Ingredients

  • 1 c rolled oats
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp of Blueberry Chia Smash
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup 
  • 3/4 c nut milk

Directions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350'F 
  2. Blend all ingredients except for the Chia Smash into a smooth mixture
  3. Lightly stir through your Chia Smash so you have thick swirls 
  4. Divide between two individual sized ramekins or oven safe dishes 
  5. Bake for 25 minutes
